It is usual for a company ID to need a refresh after 8-10 years. Fact!
We agree it does sound like something a design company would have made up, but there is an element of truth in such a bold statement.
We bumped into a exciting new company nearly 10 years ago called CallTime, hit it off from the start and helped them develop a unique look and tone to their new brand, a scattering which appears across this website.
Over time companies grow into their skin, they morph and adapt, and I guess it takes the magical 8-10 years for this to fully take effect. Here CallTime have simply grown from strength to strength and are more than ready to evolve their identity.
