We have worked with Team 2 for nearly 10 years and have enjoyed shaping a unique brand with them. The latest project was to design a full stationery revamp.

We had established a while ago the ‘To The Rescue’ philosophy and so this latest iteration was also to follow this. It is usual for property letting companies to appear quite stuffy and corporate. As an independent specialist letting agency we took great lengths to identify ‘the customer’. They were young individuals, couples or small families who weren’t in a position to buy yet and so lifting the lid on the daunting process and red tape was crucial to engage with this market at a level they could understand. The landlords weren’t the end customer, but have fully engaged with our marketing direction.
