At times, when helping a business develop it’s brand, there will be retail premises involved. We have been asked on many occasions to help them visualise how they would look into certain premises and high street positions. This has involved photographing the old building and then on computer ‘dressing it up’ in the company corporate style to give a quick impression. This has proved incredibly successful as a stepping stone to getting an architect involved, it becomes a visual brief. They are also submitted to planning depts to see if the proposed look, signage, lighting and architectural features meet with Council approval. Projects can simply involve a logo change, a complete rejig of the front fascia with windows and doors changing shape and moving as well as in one case a shop swap of neighbouring shops, one business wanted to scale down the other expand.
