To make any inroads into the aggressive world of food hospitality, we were asked to help develop a ‘new look’ for an established, Parisian, gourmet burger restaurant. We experimented at great length to make what looks very simple work in application. The crude, hand-drawn lettering and burger symbol made the restaurant friendly and approachable, the flat, greyness of the restaurant shop-front added a sophistication to distance itself and appear in sharp contrast to the usual red plastic fascias seen on low end burger chains.
We were able to roll the identity out to make crockery unique, menus comprehensive as well as develop the burger symbol to be multi-functional in it’s various applications.
